House call reservations
House call inquiries and non-emergency reservations also available by e-mail. Please include your animals information, and your preferred contact info and the services you require. I will normally respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Please note the reservation will only be valid after you have replied and accepted the offered appointment.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you are unable to maintain your original booking appointment, please cancel or reschedule your booking by 7 p.m. on the previous day. A late or non-cancellation will result in a 45 € fee. By booking an appointment you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
